.Had a couple of chimney sweeps come to my house in the last few months neither of whom were able or prepared to sweep my chimney. Rory was amazing - had no trouble in accessing the chimney (which appeared to be an issue for the other 2 sweeps) and did a great job. Prior to being a customer Rory gave me some very good and thorough advice about the materials to use to tile around a fireplace, and who to contact about removing and re-installing our log burner. Rory did a very good job of cleaning our chimney, and left everything clean. He clearly cares about doing a good job, and ensuring his customers are using their log burners correctly.

An excellent, professional and fast job - no mess at all! We look forward to a time when we can actually have a chat and a cuppa with this very interesting man!

Rory swept our chimney this morning and I was so impressed! I was expecting at least one spec of dust but nothing! he uses the best equipment that ensure you get a well swept chimney whilst your house remains totally clean! He was quick efficient and super friendly too! highly recommended.

Excellent service from start to finish. Rory arrived on time, was professional and friendly, and did a very thorough job. He left everything clean and tidy, and has been cleaning and maintaining our wood stove for 8 years now. Great value for money and very reliable. I would definitely recommend and will continue to use him again.

A great service from a sweep that understands the traditions of being a sweep and is versed in all the newfangled business of modern fire safety regulations and equipment. He was prompt, courteous and so tidy you wouldn’t have known we been swept! He offered us excellent advice on our archaic chimney some years ago when changing our overrated burner, performing a camera check on the condition of our flue before any work took place, and we have trusted him since to perform our yearly sweep to keep our home insurance up to date.

Rory is an absolute treasure, such a nice man. He's cleaned our chimneys for the last 10 years or so. Always prompt, reliable, and does an excellent job. His prices are very competitive, and very rarely increase. Can't recommend him highly enough.

Rory is an amazing worker who goes above and beyond for his clients. Not only does he do a brilliant job as a chimney sweep, he has so much experience and knowledge he is far better than any other chimney sweep in town. He is also happy to give advice and help and is clearly an expert in all matters to do with chimneys and fires. I will never employ anyone else to come to my home. He is also lovely to have around. This company were recommended to us by Blazes in Widcombe. Rory, came on time, was extremely professional and friendly. He was very considerate and careful in these difficult times asking us to leave him in the room whilst he completed the job. It was the first time we had used him so he put a camera up to check the condition of the flue. I was expecting a bit of a mess, but the room was spotless and the fire place clean. He gave us a verbal and written report on the condition of the chimney. I would recommend the company without any hesitation, which could be a problem as they are very busy, but it was well worth the wait.
